Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the event details you provide and are valid for 30 days. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the details in writing and any deposit has been received.

Payments

A deposit secures your date and the remaining balance is due before the event, as set out on your invoice. All prices are quoted in euros (EUR).

Changes and cancellations

Let us know as early as possible if your plans change. Deposits cover work already reserved and committed and may be non-refundable close to the event date.

On the day

We ask for reasonable access to the venue for setup, a suitable serving area and power where required. We serve responsibly and may refuse service to intoxicated or underage guests.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our staff and service. We are not responsible for venue restrictions, licensing conditions or delays outside our control.
