Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the event details you provide and are valid for 30 days. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the details in writing and any deposit has been received.

Service delivery

Our team will arrive in good time to set up before your stated start time. Access to the venue, a suitable serving area and, where required, power and water are the responsibility of the customer.

Alcohol and licensing

Where the customer supplies the drinks, the customer is responsible for ensuring any licensing requirements for the venue are met. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone underage or intoxicated.

Changes and cancellations

Please let us know as early as possible about changes to your date, guest numbers or timings. Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing with your booking.
