When you submit a quote enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number and the event details you provide, such as date, location, guest numbers and service preferences.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange your event and keep records of bookings. We do not sell your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.
